Sometime costar romances work, and sometimes they don’t. But when it comes Blake Lively and Penn Badgley things certainly seem to be going pretty well. The Gossip Girl sweethearts were spotted having fun and grabbing some grub last night at Tortilla Flats in New York City prior to hailing a cab and heading over to Starbucks. Miss Lively looked flirty and fun in a blue and white ¾ sleeve collared mini dress with a pair of casual black flats, while Penn looked laid back in a grey t-shirt and khaki shorts teamed with a pair of white sneakers. And with the 2008 Teen Choice nominations having recently been announced, these two have a lot to look forward to. Gossip Girl has been nominated for 14 awards including Choice TV Show, Choice TV Actress, and Choice TV Actor.
