Le donne di Sex and the City si sono riunite sul grande schermo, ma pare che gli attori di OC non seguiranno i loro passi. A confermarlo è stata la stessa Rachel Bilson, resa nota dal telefilm con il ruolo di Summer Roberts, che ha smentito ogni voce su un film tratto dalla serie. "No. Qualcuno me l'ha già chiesto dopo il film di Sex and the City, ma no". Pare inoltre che il cast del telefilm non si mantenga in contatto. Rachel ha infatti ammesso di non aver più rivisto nessun componente del cast dalla festa avvenuta alla fine delle riprese. "Ho incrociato Mischa [Barton] per caso, in effetti. Ma non sono in contatto con nessuno. Mi piacerebbe sentire Melinda Clarke e Kelly Rowan. Eravamo vicine".

The O.C. When asked if she keeps in touch with her old castmates, here’s what
Rachel said:
“You know what? I haven’t seen anyone since the wrap party,”
Rachel tells
Moviefone. “I haven’t seen anyone since the wrap party. Well,
Mischa [Barton] I actually ran into. But I don’t keep in touch with anyone. I’d like to get together with
Melinda Clarke and
Kelly Rowan. We were all really close. I heard
[Kelly] had a baby and I haven’t even spoken to her! I need to send her an email.”
Bilson was also asked about her vignette in the anthology movie,
New York, I Love You. She said, “It’s a cool little short about pick-pocketing. I wore a
blonde wig for the day. It was fun — try something different … And
Hayden [Christensen] and I got to
work together again. It was really nice.”
